Service Fee Policy

Cancellation Policies

There is a $50 fee applied for any “no-show” appointment or any appointment cancellations less than 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for any services. It can be exchanged for other services of equal value. In extreme circumstances, if a refund is granted, (case by case assessment), there will be a $25.00 processing fee.

Reservation Fee

There is a $100 non-refundable reservation fee for all dermal filler appointments. $100 will be applied to services at the time of the appointment. Patients must reschedule within 24 hours to avoid losing the fee.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the recommendations of our local, state and federal government agencies, we will remain temporarily closed until further notice.

As stated in the previous update, safety
